First Fitting
When you attend your first fitting we will guide and advise you every step of the way through our Bow Belles custom process. We will choose the colour, texture, length and degree of curl if desired. Depending on your type of hair loss, we will look at the appropriate base construction options. This is where we can be creative and look at the optimum security and comfort specifically designed with you and your lifestyle in mind.
A template mould of your head will also be taken at this fitting, this is to ensure precise measurements. The templated mould is then converted into a solid block that matches exactly to your head shape and measurements that are required. This block will be the foundation and your wig and it will be completely handmade on this block ensuring a perfect second skin-like fit. Your personal block will be kept safe and secure in storage here at Bow Belles just for you, for any future orders you may make.
Second Fitting
At your second fitting we will try on your base foundation to ensure it is a perfect fit and make any adjustments to the hairline if needed. We will also show you your hand blended hair to check that the hair colour, length, texture and degree of curl match your requirements.
With our guidance you will also decide on the density (thickness) of your finished wig or hairpiece and we will also decide on the positioning of the crown. The hair is then expertly and meticulously hand knotted onto the base foundation following the pattern of your natural hair growth, taking many hours of highly skilled intense work. Once your wig has been hand knotted and gone through all our unique finishing processes, your wig or hairpiece is ready for your final fitting.
Final Fitting
At this fitting, your new wig is cut and styled on your head exactly as you would your own bio hair, into your desired style. Our fitting and styling service has been carefully designed to ensure maximum client confidentiality and convenience.
We will also teach you how to wear, wash and style your new hair at home using the Bow Belles accessories, and you will have access to our online tutorial to view at your leisure.

A custom made wig or hairpiece takes time, dedication and lots of care. Therefore, production is approximately 14 -16 weeks from 1st appointment to final fitting.*

BOW BELLES HUMAN HAIR CREATIVE WIG COLLECTION
Introducing our human hair signature wig collection, designed with comfort, security and affordability in mind. Available in 28 standard colours and can also be styled, cut and custom coloured to your specifications by the Bow Belles team, each piece offers the ultimate in high quality.
Wigs in the Creative Collection are available in a variety of cap constructions:
Full lace: This base construction is the most versatile cap type within the entire collection. The Full Lace Wigs have a soft base that covers the entire head and is a comfortable fit there is also a stretch panel at the centre of the cap. The full lace wig is the most versatile and you can wear a variety of hairstyles such as a high ponytail or can be braided in any direction or area.
Lace Front: This base construction has lace from ear to ear and at the nape and is partly wefted from the crown, this cap construction still offers versatility and you can achieve a range of styles including a mid-high ponytail, half-up half-down hairstyle and braiding across the front section.
Glueless Full Lace: The Glueless Full Lace Wig cap can be worn without glue due to our very secure elastic band. For medical reasons and due to the added security, some may prefer a Glueless cap as it has an elastic mesh net and bendy ear tabs to manipulate the fit and allow the wig to lay at your temples.
Lace Front / Closure part: The Lace front goes from ear to ear with a lace part, it is open wefted for ventilation from the crown and ideal for those who are new to wigs. There is no need for adhesives or tapes.
