DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

BB UK Standard Delivery

It usually takes between 2- 5 days to fulfil your order. This will then leave our central hub and will be sent on its way to you by your chosen delivery option. If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the standard £5.95 option, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail first class. You should receive this within a week of placing your order (if not before), but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. If you’re not in to receive your hair mail the post workers are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card. You then can have the option of collecting from your local sorting office. 

BB UK Super Saver Delivery

If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the super saver option of £1.95, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail second class, so you should receive this within two weeks of placing your order (if not well before) but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. Please be aware that this is a ‘signed for’ service, so you will have to sign before the postal worker can let you have your hair mail. If you’re not in to receive your hair mail postal workers are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card. You then can have the option of collecting from your local sorting office.

BB International Delivery Within Europe

We send our wonderful customers from within Europe, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £11.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between three and fourteen working days, from the date of despatch. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.


BB Delivery America And The Rest Of The World

We send our extraordinary customers from America and the rest of the world, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £14.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between five and fourteen working days. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK. Please check if there are any custom charges to be paid for your country of destination. It is your responsibility to pay any custom costs incurred.

Please note that our website is in UK Sterling. Please check the exchange rate at Xe.com which will help you convert to any currency.


BELLE TRESS ORDERS

We have a standing stock of Belle Tress Best sellers, However if you order something not in stock we will be order in just for you. Once your order arrives here we check all our good to make sure it meets our High expectations and standards. This takes around 5 business days for ordering and quality check. Once this is done we will ship out your goods using you chosen delivery method. If our order runs longer then 5 days your order will be sent using the quickest delivery available, We understand you would like your goods as quick as possible and we try our hardest to do so, If this doesn’t work for you and your orders been placed please let us know within 48hrs via email and we will issue a refund and cancel your order. Belle tress Orders are Non Returnable. If you are unsure of style and colours please contact us and we can help or book in for our consultation service.

BB How We Package Your Purchase

Depending upon the size of your purchase, your order will either be sent in plain box packaging or a plain jiffy bag. There will be no mention of the company that you have purchased from (remember we are discreet). As we send our parcels tracked, we do though have to have a return address label. This will be a plain address label with no mention of Bow Belles Wigs. We will simply use Bow Belles.

Ooops, Where’s My Order?

You should receive an e-mail to let you know that your order has been processed and despatched.

It is rare, but on occasion, Royal Mail may not deliver your parcel, if this case arises then this is our next step. We will carry out a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail, but please remember we cannot start this process until 15 working days have passed from the date of despatch. After this time frame, we will arrange for your order to be re-processed and posted to you at no extra charge and we will then pursue the claim with Royal Mail. If, however, you wish to re-order beforehand, please place your order and this will be processed and despatched for you.



RETURNS POLICY

The following items cannot be returned: The Bow Belles Creative Range, items placed as a special order or items made for you, international orders (outside of the EU), and eyebrows, eyelashes and all other wig care accessories.

Our collection of human, synthetic wigs and hairpieces are sourced from the best manufacturers in the world. They are of the highest standard in terms of base and hair type.

All of our wigs and hairpieces go through two quality control checks before dispatch.

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair mail purchase, we will gladly refund you. However, we would respectfully ask you to ensure that the following conditions are met:

Due to hygiene reasons and Covid 19.  It is now mandatory for you to wear a wig cap when trying on the wig. You can purchase wig caps on our website or alternatively you can use your own.

The tags must not be tampered with or removed from any items that you are trying on.

The wig or hairpiece must not have been worn, cut, styled or brushed - this refers to online and in-salon purchases, and must be returned with all of the original packaging and neatly placed back in the box exactly how you received it. It must also be free of odours including hair spray, perfume, cigarettes, food or any other strong smell. Bow Belles reserves the right to reject the items if this is not adhered to.

The wig or hairpiece must be returned back to Bow Belles within 14 days of being delivered to you. Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted after this period. 

We strongly advise you to send back all goods using a trackable service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

The following items cannot be returned: items placed as a special order or items made for you, international orders (outside of the EU) and eyebrows, eyelashes and all other wig care accessories.

Should it be necessary to return an order that was placed as a special delivery, a 10% handling charge will be incurred. This will be charged on all returns of special deliveries.

If a client repeatedly returns products, Bow Belles Hairdressers and Wig Specialists reserves the right not to supply future goods to the individual concerned.

SALON PURCHASES

If you have purchased from our salon, refunds are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please be sure you are happy with your purchase before leaving the salon. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you feel that you have a faulty item, please contact us within 4 days of purchase.


EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer an exchange service, if you are not satisfied with your wig and in compliance with the above returns policy, we ask that you return your order and place a separate order for your replacement. There is a no returns policy with belle tress and it is imported from the states.
